Terms of Service for SHJ Polize

Welcome to SHJ Polize! These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your use of the SHJ Polize Discord Bot (the "Bot"), provided by Stooby And Nalin Inc (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Bot, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Bot.

2. Use of the Bot

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Bot.

2.2 Discord Terms of Service

Your use of the Bot is also subject to the Discord Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms). You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with and complying with the Discord Terms of Service.

2.3 Intents Usage

The Bot utilizes the following Discord intents: server members intent, presence intent, and messages intent. By using the Bot, you authorize us to access and utilize these intents within the confines of the Bot's functionality.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Prohibited Actions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions while using the Bot:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Engaging in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Bot or its users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its associated systems
• Introducing any malicious software or code
• Engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing
• Promoting or engaging in any form of unauthorized advertising or spamming

3.2 Compliance with Discord Community Guidelines

You agree to comply with the Discord Community Guidelines (https://discord.com/guidelines) while using the Bot. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in your access to the Bot being restricted or terminated.

3.3 Responsible Usage

You are solely responsible for your use of the Bot. You understand and acknowledge that any content, messages, or actions performed using the Bot are your responsibility and do not reflect our views or opinions.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 No Warranty

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the Bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your requirements.

4.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot or any violation of this Agreement.

4.3 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Bot, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement.

6. Regular Discord Moderation Bot Terms

If the SHJ Polize Bot includes moderation features, the following additional terms apply:

6.1 Moderation Responsibilities

You understand and acknowledge that the Bot's moderation features are designed to assist in maintaining a positive and safe environment. However, you are responsible for setting and enforcing your server's rules and guidelines. The Bot is not a substitute for proper human moderation.

6.2 User Disputes

We are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between users of your server. You agree to handle any user disputes or complaints independently and not hold us liable for any consequences resulting from such disputes.

7. Regular Discord Fun Bot Terms

If the SHJ Polize Bot includes fun and entertainment features, the following additional terms apply:

7.1 Content Generation

The Bot may generate or provide content such as jokes, memes, or trivia. You understand that the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of such content are not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to review and assess the suitability of any generated content for your server.

7.2 Third-Party Services

The Bot may interact with third-party services to provide fun features such as games or image manipulation. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party services and acknowledge that we are not responsible for any issues or consequences arising from your use of such services.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of the Agreement regularly. Continued use of the Bot after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

8.3 Entire Agreement
